Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change it after the 3 months succeeding payment. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Trainings & Events

At Luxe Cosmeceuticals, we are committed to delivering high-quality trainings, events, and experiences. Due to the planning, resources, and upfront costs involved, the following policy applies to all bookings:

No Refund Policy
All purchases for trainings, events, workshops, and experiences (including but not limited to retreats, CEO Days, in-person trainings, and masterclasses) are strictly non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued for:

*Change of mind
*Scheduling conflicts
*Non-attendance (no-shows)
*Personal circumstances

Cancellations by the Client
If you are unable to attend an event or training you have purchased, your booking will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be provided.

Transfers (Optional)
At our discretion, we may allow a transfer of your booking to another person or a future event. This must be requested in writing and approved by our team prior to the event date.

Cancellations by Luxe Cosmeceuticals
In the unlikely event that Luxe Cosmeceuticals needs to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered:

A transfer to a new date, or
A credit to use for a future training or event

Acknowledgement
By purchasing any training or event, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
